In 2021, my husband, David, and I co-founded Mosaic Formation. We provide spiritual formation care and training with a culturally inclusive lens, integrating global voices and fostering mutual learning. 

Our mission is to expand access to spiritual formation care and training for leaders serving marginalized and underserved communities.

Our vision is to see Christian communities flourish through a theology and practice of spiritual formation that is informed by how diverse peoples of the world are being transformed in Christ’s image.

Based in Houston, we provide workshops and leads retreats on topics such as soul care, Enneagram, intercultural agility, and rule of life. We also underwrite two major refugee-ministry projects that Cindy leads. David and I are both trained spiritual directors and coaches. Our offerings are both in-person and online.
